All screens should be able to resize & adjustable like CE

Screens like the workflow log, edit resource, etc. are unable for the user to resize to see more of the data at once. Recommend the user being able to resize the screens like CE.

Align the title and the contents within a column

The alignment of the title and the contents within a column don't align. For example, the BOE ID and BOE Version titles are left aligned, but the data is right aligned. Being out of alignment can make it harder to review the data.

BOE workflow / Audit Log

Is it possible to print the Workflow log in a single report for each BOE. We would like to be able to see Advance/Reject in a column in the log. There might be an enhancement in the que already for an audit or workflow type report.
