When creating a proposal template, allow for the integration tab to be created within the template. Currently, only the Data Server can be selected with the remaining fields being populated when a proposal is created. This will allow for rate tables and external resource fields (aka global resource fields) to be set up without any other actions by the person creating the proposal. This is similar to how templates work in CE. Replicating some of that logic in BOE Pro.
