Feature Request: Import PBS and Tasks from MS Project

Summary:
Enable users to import the Proposal Breakdown Structure (PBS) and associated tasks directly from Microsoft Project into BOE Pro. This integration should map MS Project structures (e.g., WBS, tasks, dependencies, dates) into the corresponding PBS and task entities while preserving hierarchy and key attributes.

Problem Statement:
Today, users who plan and manage work in Microsoft Project must manually recreate the PBS and tasks inside BOE Pro. This duplication of effort is time-consuming, error-prone, and discourages consistent use of BOE Pro as the single source of truth. Without a reliable import mechanism, hierarchies can become misaligned, task details may be lost or mistyped, and teams struggle to keep schedules synchronized between systems.

Proposed Solution:
Support a guided import workflow that allows users to upload an MS Project file (e.g., .mpp or XML) and map its contents into BOE Pro:

• Parse the MS Project file to identify PBS-like structures (e.g., summary tasks/WBS levels) and individual tasks.

• Create or update PBS elements in BOE Pro to mirror the MS Project hierarchy, preserving levels and parent-child relationships.

• Import tasks with key attributes such as name, IDs, durations, start/end dates, predecessors, and assigned resources where applicable.

• Provide field mapping options so admins/users can align MS Project fields with BOE Pro PBS/task fields.

• Offer a preview step that shows how PBS elements and tasks will be created or updated before finalizing the import.

• Handle duplicates intelligently (e.g., by matching on IDs or names) and surface conflicts with clear messages and options (skip, merge, or create new).

• Allow re-import/refresh for the same project to keep BOE Pro in sync with updated MS Project plans, where feasible.
