Auto-number for Resource ID.

Description: Add the ability to have a numeric value instead of all the resource fields when importing from CE. The user would need to ability to select which fields are used to make the Resource ID with a numeric value to make it unique.

Use Case/Example: When there are many resource fields and the proposal is synced from CE, the recourse ID names get very long. The user needs to be able to set the values handled in the Resource ID.
