Combined Bulk Import File

Description: Entering estimates is complicated. Adding the capability to upload helps get there, but an Estimator would need to upload estimate data 3 times (I think; check this). Once for Task, once for Resource estimates, and once for Resource ID/data. It would be ideal to apply the Upload feature to multiple areas. It could just be one area that concatenates the 3 sections instead of needing a separate I/E type tool built.
Use Case/Example: The estimator needs to upload a WBS, Tasks, Resources, and Hours/Cost spread. The user has to manage and import different files for each import. Ideally, all the imports should be handled in a single file.
