Turn off the Home Dashboard

Description: Not all users need access to the Win/Lose Information. It would be nice to have the ability to restrict access to that dashboard or to exclude information for specific users.

Use Case/Example: If an estimator logs in, they will only see the Win/Lose for the proposals they have access to; that metric means nothing and can be confusing.
