External system integration - Able to define which fields are needed for query Merged

Description: When creating a new ESI configuration, it would be beneficial to be able to select which fields are needed for the query (lookup) without impacting the output that gets produced.

Use Case/Example: If the source that is being used for the ESI configuration has fields that are not meant to be used for a query, then those fields are not included in the field selections.

For example

The data source has 6 fields that are needed to be displayed within the BOE Actuals section, but only 4 are used to run the query in order to pull back the data. It would be those 4 fields that would be required to be added to the Fields tab on the ESI configuration.
All 6 would still need to be added to the Formatting tab on the ESI configuration.
