Standalone Import Summary Field Mapping capability Merged

Want to be able to pull summary field mappings from CE to BOE Pro with no dependency on tasks/resources set up in CE.

Currently the only method of mapping summary fields from CE to BOE Pro is via the 'Import CE Estimates' feature. In order to use the current mapping feature, BOE Pro requires there to be at least one task/resource set up in CE in order to pull over the summary field mapping. The import estimates from CE feature is not intended to solely be used for summary field mapping purposes.

A standalone feature will allow pricing leads to import the mapping fields mappings as many times as needed without having to import CE estimates and add unwanted task duplicates to a BOEs.
