ESI field criteria

Description: The ability to add a criteria text field to the ESI field properties and have the user see the criteria in the ESI query.

Use Case/Example: The user has to use an * to change the search criteria. Example: *1234 means ending in 1234, 1234* means beginning with 1234, and *1234* means it contains 1234. The user needs a tool tip to show the criteria.
