Estimates not removed after formula removed.

Description: Add a setting in the proposal properties to cascade delete estimates when a formula is deleted.

Use Case/Example: The user goes to the Calculations tab and deletes a formula; they expect that the estimates connected to the formula and formula markers in the text will be deleted.
