Agentic AI for Fomula Generation

Description:
1 Add AI logic to the formula generation engine to automatically deselect formulas that likely contain dates or unrelated text data.

2 Add AI-based naming logic to automatically rename each formula with a descriptive name and description based on the context from the BOE text (e.g., "500 hours of Site Admin").

3 Parse the formula text and match key terms to entries in the Direct Rate Table (e.g., Resource Name, Resource Description) to auto-assign the most likely resource.

4 Add the ability for users to override and select a different resource from a dropdown on the formula confirmation screen.

5 Rename the "formula confirmation" screen to "Formula Confirmation." and provide instructions tool tips for each column

6 Update the layout of the Formula Confirmation screen to match the new mockup.

7 Add a new column to the Formula Confirmation screen that allows the user to assign a task to each formula.
