Feature Request: Map BOE Sections When Copying BOE

Description:
When users copy a Basis of Estimate (BOE) to create a new proposal, the new proposal may have a different set of BOE sections or section names compared to the original. This feature will provide users with a mapping interface that allows them to align existing BOE sections with the new proposal's sections. If the new proposal contains fewer sections or sections with different names, users can map multiple original sections into a single new section, ensuring that all relevant information is retained and properly organized.

Use Case/Example:
A user needs to copy an existing BOE to a new proposal. The new proposal uses a different structure, with some sections renamed, added, or removed. During the copy process, the user is prompted to map each original section to the appropriate section(s) in the new proposal. Where necessary, the user can combine multiple source sections into one destination section to match the requirements of the new proposal.
