Feature Request: Persist PBS Selection Across BOE and Estimates Views

Summary:
Enable the application to remember and persist the user’s selected PBS element when switching between the BOE view and the Estimates view, so that the same PBS item remains highlighted and active across both views.

Problem Statement:
Currently, when users change from the BOE view to the Estimates view (or vice versa), their PBS selection is lost, and they must manually reselect the same PBS element in the new view. This repetitive re-selection disrupts workflow, introduces unnecessary clicks, and increases the chance of user error or confusion, especially when navigating complex PBS structures.

Proposed Solution:
Persist the currently selected PBS element when the user switches between BOE and Estimates views.
Ensure that, upon navigating to the other view, the same PBS tree item is automatically selected and visible (expanded as needed) in the PBS hierarchy.
Handle cases where the corresponding PBS element is not available in the target view by showing a clear message or defaulting to the closest available parent node.
Maintain this selection state for the duration of the user’s session or until the user explicitly changes their PBS selection.
