Limit Formula Name Length and Expand Display in Composed Formulas

Feature Request: Limit Formula Name Length and Expand Display in Composed Formulas

Summary:
Introduce a character limit of 40 characters for standard formula names while ensuring that composed formulas display the full base formula names in their text. This will keep naming consistent and readable, while preserving full contextual information when formulas are referenced within composed formulas.

Problem Statement:
Currently, formula names can be long and inconsistent, making lists of formulas hard to scan and manage. At the same time, when reading a composed formula, the full names of referenced formulas are not fully visible, which makes it difficult to understand the full context of the calculation. This combination leads to confusion, slows down reviews, and increases the risk of misinterpreting what a composed formula actually does.

Proposed Solution:
Enforce a 40-character limit for standard formula names at the time of creation or edit, with validation and inline messaging if the user exceeds the limit.
In composed formulas, always display the full base formula names in the formula text, even if they exceed 40 characters, so that the complete context is visible where formulas are referenced.
When formulas are generated with AI obey the 40-character limit.
Add a draft formula name with AI action button in line for the user to get help formatting the name.

Benefits:
Improves readability and consistency of formula names across the system.
Makes composed formulas easier to interpret by showing the full context of all referenced formulas.
Reduces the risk of errors caused by misunderstanding or misreading formula references.
Speeds up reviews, audits, and troubleshooting of complex formulas by providing complete information where it is needed most.
