Feature Request: Sync resource grouping from CE to BOE Pro

Summary:
Enable users to assign predefined resource groups from CE to a formula in BOE Pro so the system can automatically distribute total formula hours across the grouped resources based on each resource’s assigned percentage.

Problem Statement:
Currently, users assigning resources to a formula must manually select and allocate individual resources, even when a standard resource grouping already exists in CE. This creates extra effort, increases the risk of inconsistent staffing allocations, and makes it harder to apply a repeatable resourcing model across proposals. Without synced resource groups, users cannot efficiently assign a standard mix of resources and have the system calculate the appropriate hour distribution automatically.

Proposed Solution:
Sync resource groups from CE into BOE Pro so they are available during formula resource assignment.
Allow users to assign either an individual resource or a resource group when selecting resources for a formula.
Enable users to filter and find the appropriate resource group during assignment.
When a resource group is assigned, automatically distribute the formula’s total result across all resources in the group according to each resource’s predefined percentage.
Ensure the calculated allocation reflects the group definition exactly. For example, if a formula results in 1,000 hours and the selected group includes Eng Aide at 30%, Assembly at 60%, and Program Manager at 10%, the system should assign 300, 600, and 100 hours respectively.
Maintain a clear and intuitive assignment experience so users understand whether they are assigning a single resource or a grouped set of resources.
