Resource Field Mapping

* BOE Pro does not inherit 'Required' status for External Resource Fields
* External Resource Fields also can't be marked as required after creating the proposal.
* Resource Field Mapping does not work in Quick Add. Is that intentional?
* Can the ability be added to change the view of Resource Fields or rearrange the order of the fields?
* Ability to move columns/fields around when creating resources to better align with business settings and allow for better data flow. For example, being able to move the Cost Center to the top of the resource screen instead of being down below. In some cases, the cost center will drive the resource being selected, and needing to scroll down to select the cost center isn't efficient.
