Feature Request: Proposal User Fields from CE

Summary:
Support syncing and exposing proposal-level user fields from the Contractor Edition (CE) system into BOE Pro, so that key proposal metadata (e.g., customer, capture manager, contract type, proposal phase) is consistently available and reportable within BOE Pro workflows.

Problem Statement:
Today, proposal-specific user fields defined and maintained in CE are not available inside BOE Pro. This forces users to either re-enter the same information manually or work without critical context when building BOEs. The duplication leads to inconsistent data between systems, increased risk of errors, and extra time spent reconciling proposal details across tools.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce a configurable mechanism to surface CE proposal user fields within BOE Pro.
Allow administrators to map CE user fields (including type, allowed values, and requirements) to corresponding fields in BOE Pro.
Ensure these mapped fields are automatically populated/updated in BOE Pro when a proposal is created or updated in CE.
Respect field permissions and visibility rules defined in CE, so that only authorized users see and edit sensitive proposal data.
Provide validation and error handling for mismatched field types, missing mappings, or sync failures, with clear messages to end users and admins.

Benefits:
Eliminates duplicate data entry between CE and BOE Pro for proposal-level metadata.
Improves data consistency and accuracy across both systems.
Gives BOE Pro users full proposal context during estimating and pricing activities.
Reduces admin and user time spent manually maintaining or reconciling proposal fields.
Enables richer reporting, filtering, and analytics in BOE Pro based on proposal attributes managed in CE.
