The Ability to assign people within the RAM Group to specific workflow roles.

Feature Request: Assign RAM Group members to workflow roles

Summary:
Enable administrators to assign specific individuals within the RAM Group to defined workflow roles (e.g., Reviewer, Approver, Implementer) so that responsibilities are clear, routing is automated, and task ownership is consistently enforced throughout the workflow.

Problem Statement:
Currently, RAM Group membership does not translate into clearly defined responsibilities within workflows. Any member may be assumed to handle a given step, which leads to confusion, delays, and gaps in accountability. Work items can stall when it is unclear who is responsible for reviewing, approving, or acting at each stage, and manual coordination is required to determine ownership.

Proposed Solution:
Allow administrators to configure workflow roles and map them directly to specific people within the RAM Group.
Support assigning one or more individuals to each role (e.g., Primary Approver, Backup Approver) with clear visibility in the UI.
Automatically route tasks, notifications, and approvals to the appropriate person based on their assigned workflow role.
Display assigned workflow roles on relevant records (e.g., features, changes, approvals) so users can quickly see who is responsible for each step.
Provide an administrative interface to update role assignments as team membership or responsibilities change, with changes applied to future workflow steps.

Benefits:
Clarifies ownership at each workflow stage, reducing confusion and delays.
Improves accountability by making responsibilities explicit and visible.
Reduces manual coordination and follow-up by routing work to the right person automatically.
Enhances consistency and compliance with defined processes across the RAM Group.
Supports organizational scalability as responsibilities shift or new team members are added.
