Feature Request: Jump from Estimates List to BOE/Estimates Views

Summary:
Enable users to open an estimate directly in either the BOE View or the Estimates View from the Estimates List. This provides a fast, seamless way to move from high-level review to detailed editing of a specific estimate.

Problem Statement:
Currently, when a user reviewing the Estimates List identifies an estimate that needs adjustment, they must manually navigate to the corresponding BOE View or Estimates View. This multi-step navigation is inefficient, slows down workflows, and increases the likelihood of users losing context or selecting the wrong estimate.

Proposed Solution:
Add a direct navigation control for each estimate row in the Estimates List (for example, a contextual menu or action buttons).
Provide options to:

• Open the selected estimate in BOE View

• Open the selected estimate in Estimates View
  Ensure the navigation preserves the user’s context (e.g., opens in a new tab or returns to the same list state after closing).
  Respect existing permissions so that only users authorized to view/edit the estimate in BOE or Estimates Views see and can use the corresponding actions.

Reduces the time and clicks required to move from list review to detailed estimate editing.
Decreases user frustration by eliminating redundant navigation steps.
Improves accuracy by taking the user directly to the correct estimate record.
