Feature Request: Scannable Activity Feed with Visual Cues

Summary:
Improve the activity feed so users can quickly understand what happened at a glance, without reading every word. The feed should use structured layout, visual indicators, and clear grouping so key information (who did what, to which item, and when) is immediately obvious.

Problem Statement:
The current activity feed is difficult to scan and requires users to read every single word to understand what the activity was. All entries look similar, lack visual hierarchy, and do not clearly highlight the action taken or the impacted record. This makes it slow and cognitively demanding to review changes, especially when there are many updates or when users are trying to quickly understand recent activity.

Proposed Solution:
Redesign the activity feed to be more scannable and visually structured by:

• Clearly separating and highlighting the core elements of each entry: actor (who), action (what), target (where), and timestamp (when).

• Using visual cues (icons, color accents, and/or bold text) to distinguish common activity types (e.g., status change, comment, field update, attachment added).

• Grouping related updates on the same record within a short time window to reduce noise and repetition.

• Allowing users to quickly skim via compact layout with truncated detail text and an option to expand for full context.

• Optionally providing filters or quick toggles for activity types (e.g., “Comments only”, “Status changes”, “My items”) to narrow the feed to what matters most.
