User view of entire summary (custom) field mapping

The ability for users to view entire summary (custom) field mapping within BOE Pro to eliminate having to reference any outside sources or CE for the full mapping. Include a time stamp of when the mapping was last imported to allow pricing leads to check that BOE Pro was updated when changes were made to the mapping in CE.
