Automate Proposal View by Assignment

Description: Automate who has access to the proposal when they are assigned with in the Workflow/ RAM, Owners, assigned admin.

Use Case/Example: Currently there is no way for the people assigned in properties to see they are assigned to the proposal unless they are added into the access tab in the properties. We are adding in the same peoples name to Workflow, RAM(Twice) and now the access tab. If they assigned in the proposal they should have access to the proposal.
