Tree-view for BOE List

Description:
Request to add the capability to maintain the tree view from the BOE view when navigating to the BOE List View. This feature would allow users to retain the hierarchical structure and expanded/collapsed state of items for continuity and easier navigation between views.

Use Case/Example:
A user is working in the BOE view and has expanded specific sections in the tree to focus on relevant items. When switching to the BOE List View, the current state of the tree (which items are expanded or collapsed) is lost, requiring the user to manually re-navigate and expand the same items. Maintaining the tree view between these two areas will improve efficiency, reduce repetitive actions, and provide a more seamless user experience.
