Feature Request: Processing Indicators for Cost Volume Actions

Summary:
Introduce clear, real-time processing indicators for Cost Volumes (CVs) so users can see when a cost volume is actively being processed, especially when initiated from the crumb line menu. This should include visual status cues and access to a working items list showing in-progress background actions.

Problem Statement:
When a user processes a cost volume from the crumb line menu, there is currently no visible indication that the document is being processed until the operation completes. This lack of feedback can lead users to believe nothing is happening and retry the action unnecessarily.

Proposed Solution:
Add the standard background processes icon to the CVP interface whenever a cost volume processing job is triggered (including from the crumb line menu).
Provide a working items list that displays the cost volume processing job, including its status (e.g., queued, in progress, completed, failed) and basic identifying details (cost volume name/ID, user, timestamp).
Ensure the processing indicator and working items entry appear immediately after the action is initiated and update dynamically as the job progresses or completes.
Include clear messaging for failures or timeouts so users can understand and act on issues without needing to guess what went wrong.
Make the behavior consistent across all entry points where cost volume processing can be triggered, not only the crumb line menu.
