Feature Request: Save and Close for BOE Authoring
Summary:
Add a Save and Close button at the bottom of the BOE authoring view and in the BOE submission popup. This allows users to save their work and exit without submitting the BOE.
Problem Statement:
Users may finish editing a BOE but not be ready to submit it. Without a clear Save and Close option in these locations, users may be uncertain how to preserve their changes and exit without initiating submission.
Proposed Solution:
Provide a Save and Close button at the bottom of the BOE authoring view and in the BOE submission popup.
When selected, save the user's changes and close the authoring view or popup without submitting the BOE or changing its workflow status.
Allow users to reopen the BOE later to continue editing or submit it when ready.
If saving fails, keep the view open, preserve entered content, and display a clear error message.
