Compose Formula button on the BOE Section

Feature Request: Compose Formula Button in BOE Sections

Summary:
Add a Compose Formula button to the BOE Section Formatting and Actions Bar so users can open the formula editor without knowing the @ symbol shortcut.

Problem Statement:
Users may not know that typing the @ symbol starts the formula composition process. Without a visible action in the formatting bar, this capability is difficult to discover and may leave users unsure how to insert formulas into BOE section text.

Proposed Solution:
Add a Compose Formula button to the BOE Section Formatting and Actions Bar.
Allow users to position their cursor within the section text and click the button to open the formula editor.
Preserve the original cursor position while the user composes the formula.
When the user saves the formula, insert it at the preserved cursor position without replacing surrounding text.
If the user cancels, leave the section text unchanged.
Retain the existing @ symbol shortcut as an alternative way to compose formulas.
